Toronto Area Home Resale Market - June 2018

Highlights from Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB)'s June data release:-
多倫多地產商會(TREB)六月市場報告的重點:-

"8,082 home sales... in June 2018 - up 2.4 per cent compared to the low June 2017 result.  After preliminary seasonal adjustment, sales were also up 17.6 per cent on a monthly basis between May 2018 and June 2018..."  TREB 總裁:"六月錄得8,082單買賣，較2017年六月增2.4%。經季度調整後，2018年六月比5月交易增17.6%..."

> Average selling price was $807,871, 2.0% up from June 2017. 六月平均售價為＄80萬8千元，比去年同期升2％。

> Year-over-year increase in low-rise home sales was the reason for overall growth in sales.  獨立屋、半獨立屋、鎮屋銷售增長帶動大市。

> Average price of "416" area condos grew nearly 10% from last June.  對比去年，"416"區共管屋苑平均售價上升差不多達一成。

We spotted a couple of encouraging signs for a more active market.  我們察覺兩個樓市可能將快復甦的徴兆。

> June was the first month with more than 8,000 sales in 13 months (since May 2017).  六月是首次自2017年五月13月內錄得超過8,000宗買賣。

> It is the first month in 2018 that recorded year-to-year growth in both number of sales and average selling price.  在2018年，這是首月錄到交易和售價增長(比較2017同月)。
