Markham Development to Watch - Donald Cousens Parkway

One of key factors to enable City of Markham's steady development has been the fully developed arterial traffic network: Highway 404 going from south to north, Highway 7 and Highway 407 connecting the east and west.

Toronto Area Home Resale Market - September 2015



In September Market Watch, Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB)'s President Mark McLean indicated that " we are on track for record home sales reported through MLS System this year."   Our summary of key data when compared to September 2014:-

* This September, there were 2.5% more sales .

* The average selling price of Greater Toronto Area (GTA) homes was $627,395 vs $574,424 last September, representing a growth of 9.2% in price.

* During the month, the 416 area condo and 905 areas townhome submarkets were more active. Price appreciated more for detached.

* While there were more (3.2%) new listings, "total active listings at the end of the month still remained below last year's level."
