Toronto Area Home Resale Market - Feb. 2015

GTA home resale market had a "HOT" month in February.  Note a few key points:-

• 6,338 resales, increased by 11+% compared to February 2014;

 average sale price was $596,163 vs $552,859 a year ago (+ $43,304);

 Toronto (416 Area) detached homes, for the first time, averaged above 1 MILLION;

 905 Semi's and Townhomes as well as 416 Condos were particularly active;

 less new and active listings compared to 12 months ago.
