New Condos - York Harbour Club

Have you driven passed west of Bathrust on Gardiner lately?  This a a pair of distinctive art deco structures in the Fort York area.  They are West Harbour City Phase 1 and 2.   These condos are developed by Plazacorp and Berkeley Development with Quadrangle Architects.  They have received very favorable market reception.


York Harbour Club (YHC) is the final phase of West Harbour City.  It is right next to June Callwood Park.  Fort York Blvd., Grand Magazine St and Sloping Sky Mew are its borders.
